- 1.Overall Responsible for New Business Development Activities- Right receiving RFQ, Sample development, getting Samples Approval from customer, Pilot Lot submission to Series Order Production of New Parts.
2.RFQ Handling - Receiving RFQ from Customers, executing RFQ and sending final Quote to customer.
3.Costing - Doing costing to submit competitive Quote to customer, Make or buy decision / Outsourcing Decision for Management, Calculating machine hour rate.
4.Project Planning & Execution - Monitoring the project progress to ensure timely completion as per target time line and updating to customer.
5.Handling multiple projects and dealing with customer for technical and commercial things during the sample development.
6.Responsible for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
7. Organize CFT for Product feasibility for new product development
8. Coordinating & Follow up with other department for New Product development activities to avoid any inter-functional issue.
9. Handover of New Parts to Sales and Production once Samples and Pilot Lot Approved by customer with complete details.
