Job Description:
To manage the Employee Relation climate at the Plant level to ensure harmonious relations and operations.
Drive HR & Admin related improvement projects at the plant including customer projects
Prepare and finalize the department budget (including budget for Training & Development, Recruitment, Induction, Employee Engagement etc. activities

Required Candidate profile

Qualifications- MBA/PG Diploma in HR or Personnel Management
Experience- 12+ years of exp.
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of labour legislations
Exposure to multiple HR areas
Knowledge of leading/ best practices in the HR domain
Extensive experience in managing similar plant IR operations
